An anonymous person once mentioned that food hoggers make good bloggers. This thought somehow resonated with me and here I am embarking on my journey of exploring food made with love, a sumptuous meal that would satiate my hunger.
'Spice' - I was born in India, in the city of Jaipur popularly known as the 'city of maharajas' and the 'pink city'. Living a good 21 years of my growing up years in India and travelling around the country for studies exposed my taste buds to the varied cuisines and the spices India has to offer.
'Sugar' - I also hereditarily acquired the great Kuba sweet tooth. My father tells me that our ancestors were blue blooded and were served a dozen different sweets everyday. This is where we get our sweet tooth from. I accept this logic with open arms ;)
'Soda' - At the age of 21, I followed my closest friends to the gorgeous shores of Australia and not only embraced the wining and dining culture but also the hundreds of happening boutique pubs and bars. I do love my scotch with a bit of soda.
I am neither a food critic nor a wine connoisseur. I am just a common man with a keyboard in his hands and a heart full of appreciation, love for the ambience and food offered by the big and small restaurants across the globe.
By profession I am an accountant, however trying eagerly to be a food blogging wannabe. So expect the numbers to be right not the write up!! As long it makes sense :)
Any opinions that have been expressed on the blog are my own and haven't been influenced by an external party or factors. Obviously it will take me both money and a lifetime to explore all the restaurants in the world (virtually impossible), so if you don't find any restaurant/bar on my blog, there are two possibilities. Firstly I haven't been to this place and secondly, if I've been here then personally I didn't like it. I will leave it for you to guess this!!
